Transition to Paleo

Blogging from my iPhone; apologies if there are typos.
I have decided that beginning Sunday, November 17, I will start a slow, steady transition to a healthier way of eating, inspired by the Paleo lifestyle. I'm not going to push myself too hard, just baby steps toward feeling healthier. I hope to gain more energy, clearer skin, and suffer from fewer headaches from this process. Today I researched some basic meals to start with, and some time this week I plan on purging the fridge and pantry and going grocery shopping based on my meal plan. I want to take pictures of my meals so I can document this process.
For the next few days, I hope to reflect on things I will and won't miss that I eat now.
